1. ACCOUNT RULES

 

1.1 To apply for an account you must register personally and you must be of legal age (18 years or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Should any underage account owner be discovered at any point during the lifetime of the account, the account will immediately be closed indefinitely, and all funds deposited to the account will be forfeited to the Curacao e-gaming Authority in line with the requirements of the Remote Gaming Regulations.

 

1.2 You agree to abide by these 'General Terms and Conditions' at all times, and:

 

       not to be acting in the interests of any third party;

 

       not to utilize monies obtained from ill-gotten means;

 

       not to credit accounts with bank/credit card/s you are not authorized to use;

 

       not to try to hack PriveBet's website or to alter its code in any way;

 

       not to adopt any criminal behavior against PriveBet , its affiliates, its players or any third party.

 

       not to mislead PriveBet by intentionally providing false information which may be in the form of but not limited to invalid account details, forged documentation, untruthful behavior or hiding one's true location.

 

1.3 In the event that you breach one or more of the rules as mentioned in 2.1 and 2.2, PriveBet reserves the right to close your account and seize any available funds.

 

1.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not breaking any laws in your jurisdiction when opening an account and conducting business with PriveBet

 

1.5 You must submit the correct information during your registration. You also agree to update this information should there be any changes to the registration data.

 

1.6 PriveBet will accept no liability from third parties whatsoever, resulting from you providing incorrect or false data.

 

1.7 You may not open more than one account with PriveBet  Only one account per household/computer/IP is allowed. Should PriveBet detect multiple accounts from the same household/computer/IP we reserve the right to void any bets and bonus offerings and return all deposits to their originating source less a 10% handling fee.

 

1.8 If PriveBet detects multiple accounts which have been setup deliberately with misleading information, has displayed criminal behavior, or if PriveBet conclude that the account-owner has fraudulent intentions, PriveBet shall be entitled to confiscate all funds, including initial deposit.

 

1.9 All account transactions are performed in TRY (Turkish Liras)  currency. No interest is paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount held in your account.

 

1.10 You agree to not in any way treat PriveBet as a financial institution. This includes using PriveBet as an intermediary to transfer funds, unused or used, from one source to another one with or without ill intentions as well as using PriveBet as a currency exchange bureau. Should you conduct account activities for these purposes, PriveBet reserves the right to close your account and/or seize any available funds available in the account.

 

1.11 PriveBet does not tolerate abusive, aggressive or obscene language/behavior towards representatives of PriveBet across any of our support platforms (chat, email, telephone). Should you decide to communicate with us in this manner you will be given a warning of account closure. Continued unacceptable correspondence will result in the indefinite closure of your account. Any reactivations are subject to the sole discretion of senior management.

 

1.12 You must keep your login ID and password secret at all times. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your login information is kept secure. If at any time should your account be accessed and used by a third-party without your consent, PriveBet is not liable for any consequences that may occur. Unauthorized access to your account can be avoided through proper usage of anti-virus programs, firewalls and responsible internet activity. Should you suspect that your login information is no longer secure you are required to immediately contact PriveBet as well as change your security details.

 

1.13 PriveBet reserves the right to examine and confirm your identity. For withdrawal requests which cumulatively exceed TRY 1.000 and additionally when deemed necessary for security and other reasons, PriveBet will request that documentation proving your identity, age and place of residence is forwarded to its offices. Examples of documentation requested could be certified copies of photo identification documents, bank statements, references, copies of used credit cards, last utility bill or any other form of verification as the discretion of PriveBet PriveBet reserves the right to void transactions or seize available funds from your account if requested documents are not received, discrepancies identified or forgeries detected.

 

1.14 Residents of the Australia, Belarus, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Netherlands, North Korea, Spain, United Kingdom and USA are not allowed to open an account with PriveBet PriveBet regularly screens its registrations for anomalies, and will immediately and indefinitely suspend any account originating from the listed countries. It is nevertheless your responsibility to determine the legal status of internet gambling in your jurisdiction and act accordingly. The availability of the PriveBet website in any particular jurisdiction does not constitute an offer or invitation by PriveBet to use the services offered by the PriveBet website. PriveBet will accept no liability whatsoever with respect to actions by players where internet gambling is illegal and/or which is in violation of this article of the Terms and Conditions.

 

1.15 Your Username must not infringe on trademark, company names or be abusing or offensive to other players.

 

1.16 Selling and/or transferring and/or acquiring of accounts to/from other players are prohibited.

 

1.17 A dormant account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance. Once your account becomes dormant, PriveBet shall apply €/TRY 5 fee per month after these 12 months of inactivity have passed.

 

1.18 PriveBet reserves the right to terminate the relationship between PriveBet and any of its players at the discretion of PriveBet Permitted that these Terms and Conditions have not been breached, any funds available on the account will be returned to the player.

 

1.19 PriveBet prohibits player collusion.

 

1.20 PriveBet prohibits and takes measures to prohibit use of devices, such as robots, that distort normal game play.

 

1.21 Unless approved directly by PriveBet  the usage of Virtual Private Networks (VPN) is strictly prohibited while visiting or using any PriveBet website and/or product.

 

2 Deposits, transfer and withdrawals.

 

2.1 For all credit card and bank wire transactions, the full name on the credit card or the bank transfer must be identical to the full name on the PriveBet account receiving the funds. If this is not the case, the account will be suspended and the funds held until the appropriate verification is completed, if this cannot be completed, PriveBet  reserves the right to suspend the account indefinitely and hold all funds.

 

2.2 Bonus funds may be credited to your account as part of a promotion, loyalty or other marketing campaign. These funds cannot be directly withdrawn/paid-out, but must be used for the placing of bets. Depending on the promotion, these credits may be convertible to real money funds after fulfilling a specific set of Terms and Conditions associated with the promotion. A bonus credit must be used within 7 days of it being credited to your account or else it will expire.

 

2.3 Funds cannot be transferred from your account to the account of another player or vice versa.

 

2.4 You can at any time log in to your account and view a statement of your account which would show all transactions affected, namely deposits, bonus credits, winnings, bets and withdrawals. Should you notice any mistakes you should immediately notify PriveBet via written or electronic notice that the mistake can be rectified.

 

2.5 At any time, you can decide to withdraw part or all of your funds from your account. Depending on the currency and the location of your bank, certain transaction fees may apply from the bank's side. The first withdrawal can be requested after 3 days of registration of the account.

 

2.6 Should you attempt to withdraw funds that were deposited but not used for wagering, the account may be closed. PriveBet may levy a processing fee of 10% upon withdrawals in these circumstances.

 

2.7 PriveBet reserves the right to take time necessary for the purpose of:

 

Verifying the your identity

 

Verifying your gaming activity

 

Conducting security and other internal procedures in relation to your account

 

Ensuring that prizes offered have been adhered to

 

2.8 All withdrawals must go back to the source which the money originated from. PriveBet reserves the right at our discretion to pay out, or re-direct, a client withdrawal to any listed payment method on the user's account or through a direct bank transfer to a bank account in the account owner's name.

 

2.9 PriveBet reserves the right to restrict pay-outs on a weekly basis to TRY 100.000 per week or as otherwise allowed by PriveBet

 

2.10 Full credit/ debit card information is never stored by PriveBet and always transmitted in an encrypted way for your security.

 

2.11 PriveBet reserves the right to modify the credit card/deposit limits.

 

2.12 Once you have requested a withdrawal, for certain withdrawal methods your funds will remain in your available balance until the request has been processed. If you would like for this withdrawal to be processed please do not use these funds.
